*We are no longer accepting applications for our 2019 CIT program.*
You’re mature, like to lead and love kids – make the most of your summer by helping children make the most of theirs. Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is specifically designed for teens entering 9th and 10th grade who want to develop their leadership skills in working with children. You will learn behavior management, team-building, communication and activity leadership by helping the counselors work with younger campers. Supervised by our CIT Directors, you will have the hands-on opportunity to assist group counselors, assist with activities and plan special events. Pingry will accept a small group of applicants, so if you’re seriously interested in taking part, please complete your application thoughtfully and accurately.
