Our philosophy and teaching is always evolving because of the level of research we put into the game. The foundation of everything we teach is based on how the best players and teams think and play. We study elite high school, college, NBA and WNBA players, trainers and coaches to learn what they do to achieve a high level of performance. Often our findings challenge the norms and status quo and will require you to have an open and objective mind.
