We currently seek qualified staff with demonstrated leadership experience for the following positions:

  • Activities Supervisor/Assistant Director

    • Ensures that activities at camp are executed with excellence. Lead tambourine-shaker and camper-motivator. Good at adapting to circumstances, including unexpected weather. Organizes and leads all-camp and age-division-specific special activities. Supervises CITs, Interns, and Specialists.

  • Staff Supervisor/Assistant Director

    • Ensures that daily activities of camp are executed with excellence. Mentor to all mentors. Great at one-on-one problem solving with staff and campers. Responsible for ongoing training and oversight of group counselors and group activity curriculum with a focus on leadership and social skill development.

  • Assistant Aquatics Director (WSI certification required)

    • Assist the Aquatics Director managing the pool and swim staff.



We currently seek qualified staff with demonstrated administrative experience for the following positions:

  • Summer Programs Office Coordinator

    • First point of contact with parents. Manages Office Interns and assists Registrar with grouping and scheduling tasks.


Additionally, we currently seek students with an interest in administration, communications, or marketing for the following internship positions:

  • Summer Office Intern
  • Summer Marketing & Social Media Interns (photography, video, writing or editing focus)



We currently seek qualified staff with demonstrated leadership experience who wish to share their expertise in the following activity areas with campers:

  • Arts & Crafts Specialist
  • Outdoor Education Specialist
  • Ropes/Climbing Specialist (or willing trainee)
  • Drama Specialist
  • Writing/Communications Specialist
  • Archery Specialist (or willing trainee)
  • Nature Studies Specialist
  • Other specialty activities that build communication and problem solving skills



Position combines lifeguarding with daily swim instruction for campers of all ages. Lifeguard certification is required. Experience is preferred:

  • Lifeguard/ Swim Instructors - full day
  • Swim Instructors - mornings
  • Swim Assistant/ Junior Lifeguards

Counselors are the core of our summer workforce - this is your opportunity to really get to know campers and guide them through their summer. It’s a great way to put your leadership skills to the test, and so rewarding to watch your campers make grow each day. We currently seek qualified staff with demonstrated experience mentoring children and a passion for camp for the following positions:

  • Counselor (min. current 10th grade and/or age 16+ in June)
  • Senior Counselor (min. current 12th grade and/or age 18+ in June)



You’re mature, like to lead and love kids -make the most of your summer by helping children make the most of theirs. Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is specifically designed for teens entering 9th and 10th grade who want to develop their leadership skills in working with children. You will learn behavior management, team-building, communication and activity leadership by helping the counselors work with younger campers. Supervised by our CIT Directors, you will have the hands-on opportunity to assist group counselors, assist with activities and plan special events.
