A Study in Alternative Photography
Using Adobe Photoshop and basic darkroom photographic processes, students will learn how to make and process digital negatives to produce a positive cyanotype image. Students will also participate in an experimental image-making process called glitch or data bending and consider the various ways photography can be produced from these processes. Students will engage in dialogue surrounding these techniques and share their work for constructive feedback.
