Course Description

Everything the High School athlete needs to prepare themselves for the transition from high school to Division I, II, or III athletics. Modalities include strength training, speed and explosive power development, jump training, medicine ball throws, and sport appropriate conditioning drills. Course will be instructed by a CSCCa Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with 7 years of Division I strength and conditioning experience.

Classroom Element: Recruiting, Nutrition, the Importance of Sleep, Guest Speakers, Collegiate athletics etiquette
