International Ivy – Drone Programming Advanced
Camp at a Glance
Students will extend what they learned in Drone Programming – Beginner and master drone flying in terms of accuracy and speed. Students will set up obstacle courses for each other to test each other’s drone maneuvering. In addition, with the addition of an camera attachment, students learn to use their drone as a flying camera. Their ultimate challenge is to race their drone through an obstacle course of touch points, flags, and gates while using their camera for navigation. Supplemental Fee: There is an additional $40 fee for the purchase of the camera attachment for the drone. Click on this link for more information. Prerequisites: Java Level 1 or Python Level 1 or equivalent programming experience. REQUIREMENT: Students must bring a working codrone (purchased in the Drone Programming – Beginner class) to this class.
