Camp Description

In this week-long program, coach Julia Braun will introduce students to fitness at the middle school level with workouts of the day and a little bit of the science behind exercise. This is a virtual exercise class for middle school students over the course of the summer.

August 3 – 10 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
August 13 – 17 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
