Moving on up: An introduction to fitness for our incoming 6th and 7th graders
In this week-long program, coach Julia Braun will introduce students to fitness at the middle school level with workouts of the day and a little bit of the science behind exercise. This is a virtual exercise class for middle school students over the course of the summer.
