Camp at a Glance
We invite our Pingry team players to a week of pre-season training! This week of camp aims to push our team players from the off- season into a successful start to the new season. We focus on both on and off court training, covering technical, tactical and fitness components of the game. Our goal is to provide our teams with a boost to the new season within a fun and energetic week!
Full Day Camp Schedule
|9am||Theme of the day and goal setting discussion|
|9:10am – 9:30am||Dynamic, squash specific warm-up|
|9:30am – 10:15am||Instructional drills in groups with coaches (3-4 players per coach)|
|10:15am – 11am||Competitive drills focused around the day’s theme|
|11am – 11:10am||Break|
|11:10am – 12pm||Brief feedback session from the coaches followed by progression of competitive drills|
|12pm – 1pm||Lunch|
|1pm – 1:15pm||Warm-Up|
|1:15pm – 2pm||Condition Games focused around the days goals and themes|
|2pm – 2:30pm||Match Play|
|2:30pm – 3pm||Fitness/Stretch/Yoga and Cool Down|
