Pingry Strength and Conditioning Camp
A sport-specific strength and conditioning camp providing nutritional guidance and movement analysis for young athletes. Activities included, but not limited to strength training, speed and agility drills, medicine ball throws, foam rollers, mobility drills, and recovery modalities.
